By accessing or using AI Ops Audit, you agree to these terms. If you are using the product on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
AI Ops Audit provides workflow analysis and automation discovery reports based on structured employee survey responses. All recommendations are generated from a vetted pattern library and are provided as indicative starting points only — not as guarantees of automation feasibility, implementation outcomes, or financial returns.
The product does not provide legal, financial, or professional implementation advice. It does not replace a qualified automation consultant, systems integrator, or IT professional. ROI estimates are indicative only and depend on accurate input data and successful implementation.
You may use the product for internal business purposes only. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the product without a written agreement. You may not use the product to monitor individual employee performance or for any purpose inconsistent with applicable employment law.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from employees before inviting them to complete the survey. You must be transparent with employees about what data is collected and how it will be used. You confirm that you will not use survey data to make employment decisions about individual employees.
The quality of the report depends on the accuracy and completeness of survey responses. We are not responsible for inaccurate recommendations that result from inaccurate or incomplete input data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the product is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
